Rocky Jedick MD, MBA - Physician & Co-Founder
After completing school at The Ohio State University, Rocky Jedick joined the USAF where he served as a flight surgeon in Korea and Italy for 5 years. During this time, he racked up almost 200 flight hours in the F-16 Fighting Falcon. It was at this time caring for elite fighter pilots, he first became interested in concierge medicine and optimizing human performance thru medical interventions.
Rocky completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Utah and still serves as clinical faculty in the ER. He continues to practice aviation medicine for the FAA & Air National Guard.
Dr Jedick founded Peak Healthspan in the spring of 2024 with his friend and colleague, Dr Nicholas Kanaan. Together they aim to redefine healthcare by providing a more personalized, innovative, and proactive approach to what is typically found in Healthcare 2.0.

Nicholas Kanaan MD - Physician & Co-Founder
Dr Nicholas Kanaan is a Stanford trained Emergency Medicine doctor who also completed a fellowship in wilderness medicine and EMS from the University of Utah. Dr. Kanaan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Kanaan co-founded Peak Healthspan in order to empower individuals to take control of their health and longevity using evidence-based best practices.
By focusing on lifestyle optimization and addressing the root causes of chronic medical conditions, Peak Healthspan aims to significantly enhance both lifespan and quality of life. The clinic’s unique model integrates elements of preventative medicine, functional medicine, nutrition, sports physiology, sleep science, mental health, and personalized genetics, creating tailored health strategies for each patient.

Natalia received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University. As a former NCAA volleyball player, Natalia embodies fitness, teamwork, and a passion for holistic well-being.

Tori Parkinson
DIRECTOR - EXERCISE & FITNESS
Tori has both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Public Health. She has abundant experience in physical performance through her own athletic accomplishments as a competitive runner, even qualifying for the Olympic marathon trials.

Jocelyn Fronk
DIRECTOR - EXERCISE & FITNESS
Jocelyn received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness and Minor in Nutrition. She is also a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach and a certified Exercise Physiologist.

Taylor Lobe
DIRECTOR - DIET & NUTRITION
Taylor is a dedicated nutrition consultant and health coach with a passion for longevity, wellness and guiding others to achieve a long-term healthy lifestyle thru improving metabolic health. She also has a passion for improving her clients gut microbiome.

Trevor Watkins
COACH - EXERCISE & FITNESS
Trevor graduated from Cal State University San Marcos w/ a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. He is a certified NSCA Strength and Conditioning coach and passionate about all things strength, conditioning, and fitness as it relates to Longevity.

Matthew Wells
COACH - EXERCISE & FITNESS
Matt holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology and is doing a Master’s in Sports Performance and Conditioning. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with advanced certifications in nutrition coaching, barbell training, and cancer exercise specialization. Matt has experience working with elite athletes, such as the 2024 NFL draft class.

Jesse has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Masters in Kinesiology with an emphasis of Biomechanics. He has a certificate as a Certified Strength & Conditional Specialist (CSCS) coach and has a passion in sports performance optimization and longevity.

Katherine is former USAF officer, ICU & dialysis nurse who holds a PhD in neuroscience as well as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her passion is helping people optimize their health and live their best life thru a variety of strategies.
